Out-of-Network and Self Pay Patients

If you need  an Out-of-Network/Self Pay Price List please email: info@drmonaorady.care


Once the service is completed, you will be provided a superbill and invoice with the correct cpt/visit or procedure codes that you may submit to your insurance or FSA/HSA for re-reimbursement. Our billers are available to assist with re-reimbursement questions regarding out of network coverage.

  • We are In-Network with only the Following HMO insurance’s

               Hill Physicians HMO

               Brown and Toland HMO


  • Note :

            On July 1, 2025 we will be going out of Network for all PPO/EPO insurance.
