1- Open Tebra Patient Portal
Click on the follow link Tebra Patient Portal to open the Patient Portal .
2- Click Forgot your password?
3- Enter your email address then Click Reset Password.
4- Check your email inbox for you new temporary password from noreplay@tebra.com. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder
5 - From the email copy the temporary password then click on the button to Login to Patient Portal account using the temporary password noted in the email.
6- Enter your email and the temporary password to login to the Patient Portal.
7- To create a new password for you account, In the top right corner click on your name and select My Account from the drop down menu.
8- Click edit to update your password then type in the temporary password (from email) in the current password box and your new password in the new password and confirm password boxes then click update password
