You can book online appointments with Dr. Mona Orady or Grace Banks, Physician Assistant through the book online button above or through the Patient Portal.
We see patients via Telehealth on Mondays. We see patients In-Office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You may book these appointments through the book online button above or through the Patient Portal
Surgery needs to be coordinated with the operating room resources and tailored to the individual needs of each patient. Thus surgery booking will only be coordinated directly with Jolietia, the Office Manager and Surgery Scheduler. However, if you would like to proceed with surgery scheduling and have a range of dates that you would like please send us a message through the patient portal or Contact us above.
No, you do not need to be signed onto the Patient Portal in order to book through the book online button above. However, if you have a Orady Clinic Patient Portal account you may book through the portal as well.
If you cannot find an appointment that suits your needs, please send us a message through the contact us section above or the Patient Portal to request a sooner appointment, and we will call you with-in 72 hours to offer you other options.
Grace Banks PA has been working closely with Dr. Orady for many years. She often sees new patient consults for initial visit in order to review records and order any labs or imaging that Dr. Orady may need in preparation for Dr. Orady's consultation visit. She discusses all patients with Dr. Orady at the end of the day to make sure no other additions or requests are needed.
Most procedures are timed with the menstrual cycle. If you are currently suppressing your menstrual cycle, are pregnant, or menopausal then timing does not matter. However, if you are menstruating Ultrasounds and initial exams are best performed on day 5-8 of the menstrual cycle, Hysteroscopies and IUD insertions are best performed on day 6-9 of the menstrual cycle. Colposcopies and PAP smears are best performed from day 9-24 of the menstrual cycle. If you are unsure of when to book your appointment please contact us.
Most procedures are timed with the menstrual cycle.
If your period does not line up with the scheduled appointment you may try to adjust the appointment through Online or Portal scheduling. But if you cannot find a correctly times appointment call our office or send us a message through the contact us section above and we will arrange for you to be seen at the appropriate time.
Dr. Orady specialized in menstrual disorders and has over 20 years experience with OB/GYN Ultrasound focused on endometriosis, fibroids, fertility evaluation, and pelvic pain. She will often perform an ultrasound herself in addition to the pelvic exam as part of her evaluation.
Grace Banks PA has been working closely with Dr. Orady for many years. She can also take care of a variety of women's health issues including routine annual examinations, breast examinations, pap smears, STD testing, Contraceptive counselling, Vaginitis evaluation, Urinary complaints in addition to the full range of Gynecologic complaints including Menstrual issues, Sexual dysfunction, Pelvic pain, Infertility, Recurrent misscarriages and treatment of endometriosis, fibroids, adenomyosis, ovarian cysts etc.
Dr. Orady and Grace Banks, PA can help confirm viable pregnancy and help care for your pregnancy or pregnancy complications during the early stages of pregnancy up untill about 10 weeks or when your initial OB appointment is scheduled. However, they do not provide routine OB care or deliver babies.
Dr. Orady and Grace Banks, PA provide a wide range of women's health services including routine annual examinations, breast examinations, pap smears, STD testing, Contraceptive counselling, Vaginitis evaluation, Urinary complaints in addition to the full range of Gynecologic complaints including Menstrual issues, Sexual dysfunction, Pelvic pain, Infertility, Recurrent misscarriages and treatment of endometriosis, fibroids, adenomyosis, ovarian cysts etc.
Grace Banks, PA can take care of all women's health needs and counseling and will consult with Dr. Orady as needed.
If you are bleeding more than a Pad ever 2-3 hours, are faint or dizzy, or have heart racing, or fever you should go to Urgent care or the ER immediately. If you have already been stabilized and need a follow-up urgently please call or or send us a message at the Contact Us section above.
Dr. Orady can see patients without insurance or who have insurances that she is not contracted with as Cash-pay. You will be provided with an estimate and fee schedule prior to your visit.
For out of network patients, you will be provided with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for Out of Network Re-embursement. For more information please call or send us a message in the Contact Us section above.

if you have further question regarding insurance coverage, please contact us.
For patients with PPO type insurances, most of the time a referral is not needed.
However, most HMO's or Medicare patients do need a referral from their PCP.
If you are unsure please contact our office to double check eligibility.
Your insurance will also be checked prior to your appointment in order to confirm coverage once you request an appointment.
